Jason Tolliver is a commercial real estate executive and attorney with nearly two decades of experience in regional, national, and international economic development, law, and market research. As Vice President of Research for the Indianapolis office of Cassidy Turley, Jason is responsible for managing the research operations of the firm and advising clients on economic and legal issues affecting business and commercial real estate. He also provides strategic leadership to the firm through his role as a member of the Cassidy Turley Indianapolis Executive Committee.
Jason is a frequent contributor on radio and television as well as print media where he discusses factors impacting the supply-demand fundamentals of the economy and commercial real estate. He has written numerous publications on topics related to the economy, capital markets, finance, leasing, property management, and policies confronting businesses and economic development. He is also a recurring guest on Indiana’s premier business television program, Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick, where he shares his insight into The State of Real Estate® and provides his forecast on trends to watch.
Prior to joining Cassidy Turley, Jason engaged in the private practice of law where he focused on legal matters related to business, real estate, and nonprofit governance; worked as Economic Development Executive for the Indianapolis Power & Light Company where he managed over 100 successful projects that resulted in more than $1.2 billion in new community investment; led new business attraction efforts for the Indiana Department of Commerce as Director of Domestic and International Recruitment where he established effective statewide business development programs and organized multiple international investment and trade missions; and, served as an interpreter and ESL teacher for the City of Kuji, Japan.
