Many companies call Nashville home, including the world-class Vanderbilt University and Medical Center, Nissan North America, HCA and Bridgestone Americas. Over 50% of the U.S. population lives within 650 miles of Nashville making it a center for transportation and distribution in America.

The Nashville commercial real estate market contains over 227 million square feet of office and industrial space. The office and industrial markets posted solid numbers the past few years. The recent drop in activity was not unexpected but the market now appears to be moving in a positive direction.
