2011 Industrial Deal of the Year – Awarded to Kenneth R. Braden, CCIM, SIOR and James T. Barry III, J.D., CCIM for their involvement in the sale of a 323,000 sq. ft. LEED Silver-certified industrial facility in Park 94 at Mount Pleasant, Mount Pleasant, Wis.  The building was sold to Seda International Packaging for its North American Headquarters.

2010 Deal of the Year – Awarded to Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR and James T. Barry III, J.D., CCIM for their involvement in the sale of two industrial buildings in Downtown Milwaukee and the negotiation of a 45,000 square foot lease to Everest College.

2009 Office Deal of the Year – Awarded to David L. Barry, CCIM, SIOR for his involvement in the sale of a 35,000 sq. ft. industrial facility in New Berlin, WI which underwent a major rehabilitation, converting it to an office use for a law firm.

2008 Industrial Deal of the Year – Awarded to David J. Buckley and James T. Barry III, J.D., CCIM for their involvement in the sale of 55 acres in Menomonee Falls, WI and the structuring of a 388,000 sq. ft. build-to-suit distribution center and lease to Quad/Graphics.

2006 Investment Deal of the Year – Awarded to Kevin C. Barry, CCIM and Kurt Van Dyke, CCIM, SIOR for their sale of the 186,000 sq. ft. International Flavors and Frangrances Building in Menomonee Falls, WI, including a partial short-term leaseback.

2006 Retail Deal of the Year – Awarded to Cassidy Turley Barry for the sale of 150 acres commonly known as Crossroads Commons in Portage County, WI to Told Development and numerous retail users/developers throughout the year, resulting in a new retail development assessed at over $100 million.
