Third Quarter 2008
Four original partner firms consolidated ownership structures into one company.

  • Colliers Turley Martin Tucker: 8 Markets in the Central U.S., headquartered in St. Louis, MO

  • Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers: Washington, DC

  • Colliers Pinkard: Baltimore, MD, and Charlotte & Raleigh, NC

  • Colliers ABR:  New York, NY

 

In August 2008, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers ABR merged. This new structure allowed all of the partner firms to benefit from the combined size, scale, shared resources and best practices of each firm.
 
Early January 2010
Cassidy Turley Brand Announced and Four Firms Added to Original Partner Firm Structure

The original partners – Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers, Colliers Pinkard and Colliers ABR – are joined by BT Commercial in Northern California (formerly affiliated with NAI), BRE Commercial in Southern California and BRE Commercial in Arizona (both formerly affiliated with Grubb & Ellis), and Colliers Houston & Co. of New Jersey to formally announce a new firm, Cassidy Turley.
 
Late January 2010
International Partnership Announced

In late January 2010, Cassidy Turley signed a “Memorandum of Understanding” with London-based GVA Grimley for the creation of a new international partnership. The new partnership allows Cassidy Turley to enhance the delivery of services internationally throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. The international partnership is an important step in delivering on Cassidy Turley’s commitment to be a world-class provider of commercial real estate services.
 
March 2010
The Cassidy Turley Brand Officially Launches on March 1, 2010.

United by a coordinated business strategy, shared vision and values, and a strong commitment to its clients and associates, Cassidy Turley is formally launched  as a single brand.


April 2010
Cassidy Turley welcomes the former Colliers Barry of Milwaukee, WI on April 15, 2010.

CPS (formerly affiliated with CORFAC International) of Santa Clara, CA joins Cassidy Turley on April 23, 2010.
 

May 2010
Harry K. Moore (formerly affiliated with Colliers International) of Louisville, KY joins Cassidy Turley on May 13, 2010.
 

August 2010
Denver’s Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate (formerly affiliated with NAI) joins the firm on August 9, 2010
 

January 2011
Cassidy Turley acquired CAPSTAR Commercial Real Estate of Dallas & Houston, TX in January 2011.

 

September 2011 
Cassidy Turley acquired the brokerage and property management businesses of Carter in Atlanta, GA & Tampa, FL on September 6, 2011.

Cassidy Turley acquired FHO Partners in Boston, MA on September 15, 2011.
