Diversity
A diverse workplace not only helps us at Cassidy Turley live our values – it helps us succeed. To best serve and build lasting relationships with our clients – businesses, organizations and investors from varied backgrounds – we need to be a diverse company. To meet this goal, we attract, retain and mentor the best commercial real estate talent available from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are proud supporters of organizations committed to promoting diversity in commercial real estate, including CREW Network and the Global Diversity Summit.
Diversity is all the unique characteristics that make us who we are -- personalities, lifestyles, thought processes, work experiences, ethnicity, race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, cultural orientation, marital status, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, education and other differences. Cassidy Turley is committed to creating an environment in which diverse individuals feel welcome.
Sustainability
Cassidy Turley is proud to be a leader in sustainable design, construction and operations. Our company is actively involved with organizations such as the U.S. Green Building Council, the organization that oversees LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and the Urban Land Institute, keeping us firmly rooted in cutting-edge technologies and best practices throughout the industry. Cassidy Turley’s LEED® Accredited Professionals® (LEED® APs) and ENERGY STAR® experts achieve measurable results for our clients across the triple bottom line – People, Planet and Profit. We also leverage our expertise for the broader sustainability community – many of our LEED® APs are subject matter experts on local and regional green energy utility boards and non-profit organizations.
While Cassidy Turley provides sustainability insight for clients and the community, we also seek to incorporate LEED® operating and/or design principles in our own facilities as we grow. Currently the following office interiors are LEED® certified for Commercial Interior Design – as established by the U.S. Green Building Council – or are seeking LEED® certification:
- St. Louis, MO
- Washington, DC
- Charlotte, NC
- San Jose, CA
- San Francisco, CA
