Creighton Wright is responsible for the management of three million square feet of medical office assets for the Hospital Corporation of America (“HCA”) in Tennessee, Louisiana and Missouri. He also leads Cassidy Turley’s national Healthcare Practice Group working with team members and clients across the country in bringing best practices to the operations for over twelve million square feet of healthcare real estate.
In addition to management oversight for the operations of the HCA assets, Creighton and a team of over 30 management professionals provide lease administration support for more than 700 leases within the HCA portfolio and monitor the portfolio for compliance in accordance with federal Anti-Kickback and Stark laws.With over 14 years in the real estate industry, Creighton’s resume includes positions with Hines Interests and Southern Land Company, focusing on the development and property management for Class A real estate assets.
